- Experienced with European hairstyles / hair structures
- Responsibility for local and western expat clients
- Consultations and applications of all Hairdreams systems
- Salon management and organisational matters in all facets
- Responsibility for supply- and cash management / daily closing of accounts
- Coaching and motivating of staff
- Strategical planning with the help of internal process organisation
- Implementation of the corporate strategy
- Measures to increase turnover & acquire new customers
- Supporting our social media channels and new customers marketing
- Development of the salon by introduction of own ideas
Your profile
- Commitment and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy leading and managing a team
- Sensitivity and understanding of the unique needs and preferences of your clients
- Good communication in English. Second (European) language as advantage
- Flexible and highly dedicated and willing to learn
- Min 5 years professional experience, at least 2 years of experience in dealing with hair extensions (brand doesn’t matter)
- Experience in salon management as advantage
- Singaporean or non Singaporean.
- Applications of expats & locals are welcomed
